符合条件的孩子可能很多，一旦学校A满员，即使符合条件，也会被分散。但其中一项，说明学区非常重视小孩身心的特殊需要。

1， 你的家庭变故使孩子暂时不能同时适应陌生的环境，
2，学校的距离也使你在很忙的情况下不能找到其他人帮助接送小孩，
3，你不会开车，所以当小孩在学校有紧急情况的时候，你很难尽快配合。。。。

所有的，都是围绕小孩的需求。

• who live close to the school
