回来后就着手准备材料以便file到county small claim court. 

过了国庆节上个星期三,我给HOA manager发了封email, 心想这是到court见面前的最后一次了. 大意是

It has been a month and a half since we talked about the window issue you promised to fix; but neither a response from you to my inquiries nor a call from the contractor has been received.  You probably agree that from March to now in July isn't short, my patience is running thin.  You can rest assured that this isn't the end of day; just matter of time we will get to the bottom of it.

发了后的第二天, 接了个电话, 是一个contractor打来的, 说是HOA 让他们来修窗.  我们订在星期二. 就是今天。这是今天上午他们在量窗:

看来是柳暗花明了 :)
