请问柠檬关于debit 的fraudent

我的debit卡不知为何被别人异地withdraw 了接进$4,000.我自己有一天查账发现的，我立即报告银行。

银行让我file claim, 我照办了。银行也把那些钱refund给我。但是今天又把钱给reversal 了。我打电话给人家，

人家只说是valid 的。

我看了你以前给人家答复关于credit的fraud，也查看了相关的规定的DEBIT 的card holder 也是只负责$50.

请问柠檬我现在是不是只有找相关机构file complaint 和上small claim court了才能让银行拿回钱。

还有我可不可以把银行账户关掉？ 还是要等这事解决后才能关账户?这CHASE银行太可怕了，连个原因都不给。
