The number of Units granted to you will be re-evaluated by the xx each year and may be adjusted at such time. If your employment with the Company terminates for any reason, you will immediately forfeit your Units and will not be entitled to any payment for your Units. Please refer to the enclosed copy of the Unit Plan and FAQ for more information.
