BC tenancy act上说如果fix term结束了房东在签合同时选择可以在fix term finish后month t

他现在揪住不放就是说，当初签合同的时候我们答应“may go month to month rent after 7 month fix term".但是我们通知他们7个月合同到期后不租了，BC tenancy act要求我们把最后一个月租金推给他，可当初搬家也是他答应的啊。
