government contractor周末兼职

现在是government contractor，以前老板让我周末给他做点东西（非竞争领域），按小时付钱。现在绿卡。会有什么可能的问题吗?

合同上有些，employee should devote full time and best efforts to the company's bussiness and will not engage other bussiness activities which are related to the provision of services which are competative to the services provided by the company.
