证据可以这么简单

我最近真的很丧气，不知道怎么办。

安省一个小城几年前有居民告沥青厂，在小额法庭赢了。我今天专门去问证据是什么，回答：

First of all we had an environmental engineer with Ecojustice Canada do a paper on the effects of asphalt emissions on people, from the literature. She also evaluated and found major flaws in the Asphalt producer studies. She testified in court.

Then each one of us filled out a Statement of Complaint, then a witness statement. We gave testimony in court on how our lives were affected. That was our evidence. (Start a diary and tell how you feel when the plant is running, every day that it runs. How you are affected.) That is how we won.

第一步的专家只是从文献和研究入手，这个如果我也能找到专家，不也可以吗？第二步，我们也可以做呀，每个人准备一份，至少可以有那么几个吧，不就是描述一下发生了什么吗。
