～～@@紧急求大家帮助！！！大雨后flood, 长霉,要求mold inspection，结果房东中止合同！！！但我不想搬家啊？？？！！！
好几个月以前一次大雨半夜水流进屋，房东最后在我要求下找专业公司查到客厅有水，但没有找他们治理，他自己换了客厅的强化木地板。
现在客厅2面墙角木板（好像叫baseboard）表面全长绿色霉，
房东把严重的那块板取了，另一块只用 lowes 买的mold control的东西喷了。客厅地板缝隙也多处发霉，是我自己搽干净的，房东也不想再换地板。
2个小小孩的房间也是靠窗的墙的baseboard发霉，床下和衣柜的地板都也像客厅地板缝隙一样也多处发霉，是我自己搽干净的。
本来我都同意换上新的baseboard就好了，结果又发现另一个closet地板和baseboard也发霉了，所以我就要求mold inspection，结果房东不做mold的处理了，而且说我空调开得不够，盒子堆多了，（但堆盒子的地方是mold最少的地方）要直接中止合同！！！
但我不想这么快搬家啊，我有心里准备他们会给涨房租，但我们在住，他们就应该除掉剩下的mold啊？两小孩的房间当时霉味非常重了，所以我都自己花了好几天时间清理了地板。
请问我改怎么办？？？？实在搬，能拒付房租吗？ 一年合同本来8/15到期，房东今天给我30days notice，要我7/31搬家。我交了一个月的deposite，怕他们扣我钱，我应该拒付7月－8/15的最后一个半月的房租吗？房租7/5号到期还没有交，我从来没有不交过房租，这最后的一个月（如果照他们要求7/31搬），或者一个半月（照lease的8/15）如果不交房租，他们来得及eviction我吗？我在tn。
被弄成eviction我是不是很亏啊？？从此就有记录跟我一辈子了吗？？？？？我的信用记录可是快900啊，有了eviction是不是找工作，找房子，申请信用卡都会有不好影响了啊？
为了防止这个，我是不是应该把我的房租交给court escrow account,这样他们就不能evict 我了吧？？请问我可以自己去弄吗？程序怎样呢？要多少手续费呢？
Under this law, if a landlord fails to repair serious or dangerous defects in a rental unit, you have the right to pay your rent into an escrow account established at the local district court. But the law is very specific about the conditions under which rent may be placed in escrow. You must give the landlord proper notice and adequate time to make the repairs before you have the right to place rent in escrow. The escrow account can only be set up by the court.
