thinking of refinancing the mortgage load, talked to the lender, she asked me to order the appriasal right away, then she'll reimburse me this fee after. I did.
Later, I talked to another lender, and found out her load is 0.5% higher, so I told her I am not going to get the loan from her, and wanted to cancel the order for appraisal. She said she wont refund the appraisal fee to me for 100%.
Do you think what she does is appropriate? I try to argue with her that she has not done anything yet. I just ordered the appraisal, but the appraisal has not been done yet.
