我与老公结婚至今九年多，无孩子，分居一年有余。他在Virginia，我在别州。我才开始工作不足一年，收入很低，有各自银行账户。没有共同账户。我不需要他的support。We both are ready for divorce and going to file divorce in Virginia.

 

We are working on离婚协议 now.

 

He needs me to provide lists of my assets and my bank account information. I don’t have any assets. My only concern is my bank account information. What would they do about my bank account?Does his lawyer or court have the right to freeze my account? If my account was frozen, I cannot pay bills and rent.

 

I also want to add one term in the divorce agreement about prohibiting him to disclose my personal information on the Internet. How to address this issue in the agreement？ Thank you so much for your help.
