我会被charge hit. And run 吗？

在一家银行的停车场，不小心蹭掉了旁边车的漆皮，大约2寸长，因为是第一次，当时吓坏了，不知怎么办就离开了，2小时后，决定还是报警，在家打电话给警察汇报了事情经过，打电话时，警察说目前还没有人报案说车被刮了。现在2天过去了，没有人和我联系，请问，我的情况，警方或被刮车的车主有可能控告我“hit and run"吗？
