求高见，quit claim deed 的合法性

我大姐让我和母亲于2009年1月签署一份QCD，目的是除去已去世的父亲在房产证上的名字，让我签名时是在自己家，我是最后一个，见证人2名，公证人1名，以及我母亲都已签好，我签名时没有任何人在场。按他们4人签名的时间我有证据不在场，没有任何律师向我说明内容的利弊。请问，该文件是否合法？相关的律师是否有责任？可否提诉该律师？或向律师协会举报？（此律师就是负责在2006年我母亲签遗嘱的律师。）
