请教，合同里这样的规定应该对俺没什么可担心的吧，

刚拿到一个合同，为一所社区大学做个短期项目。以前做过一些小项目，都是熟人熟事，没有过正式合同。这次看来很正式（9页），因为怕打官司，下面是其中俺所关心的。就俺的理解，好像这还挺为俺着想的。是否合理，没什么埋伏吧？

4. Warranty, Liability and Indemnification
Consultant warrants that it shall provide services in a professional and diligent manner in accordance with industry standards. Consultant shall act in good faith using reasonable commercial efforts and a reasonable standard of care; no other warranties are expressed or implied.
4a. In no event will Consultant be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the efforts or omissions of consultant.
4b. Consultant’s maximum liability for damages, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to Consultant for the services rendered that caused the damages.
4c. Mxxxxxx（校方） agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Consultant and its subcontractors harmless from and against any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this agreement or Mxxxxxx’s use of any data, results, recommendations or reports provided hereunder by the Consultant.
