你怎么给自己拆台啊？

你公司对“工作”的定义是要在办公室，在家干什么都不算“工作”。你不能commute，就是不能工作（按公司的定义）。如果别的的公司定义家里上班是工作，那是别的公司的事情。

所以你完全有理由申请disability 但是你想在家工作，只有听你律师的，走legal　accomodation的路。
