You are right, the property is residential and those guys are trying to sell as well fixing up unlicensed ones.

As of now, I reported to the county police and they came out to put an abandoned vehicle note on the Jag. They told me I can tow it away after 48 hours and I plan to do it provided that the car is still there then. Then I can contact the owner informing the $3K fine, hope that they will pay or loose the car if we fail the case on court.

As far as defending the case in court, I have emails repeatedly requested the vehicle owner to remove the car and they told me they would remove this last one before the compliance day.

Any suggestions?
