advice wanted about lawsuit

Background: I purchased expensive merchandise online. The vendor used FedEx to deliver the package to a FedEx office for me to pickup there.
A FedEx employee opened the package without my presence and permission.

Question:
(1) I have safety concern, and consider moving, because the employee knows my possession of this kind of merchandise.
Can I sue FedEx for compensation of moving cost?

(2) I called the office before the employee's opening, with non-fluent English. The name of recipient is not English name.
Can I sue FedEx for race discrimination?
If I can, can I sue FedEx for compensation because of that?

(3) What kind of attorneys deal with this kind of cases? constitutional attorneys?
