"I spoke with operator #2 at station on xx/xx/10, at approximately 1000 hours. she related to me that traffic was very heavy and had come to a complete stop on I-676. Her foot was on the brake and her vehicle was at a complete stop. she was the bump in the rear of her vehicle where she was jerked forward in her seat. operator #2 related to me that unit #1 was attempt to elude her falling back into traffic. operator #2 pulled over to the right shoulder and allow unit #1 to pass her vehicle. she identified the vehicle as a gold toyota camery PA reg# xxxx. she describe the operator as an asian woman wearing glasses. Notice of crash report issued to operator #2 at station"
