事实是这tint不是我们ordered的。　当初是没有办法才买tint过的车，　因不喜欢深色车（相对不安全）而浅色的只有这一辆有tint的。本来可去别的车商买的，　但这家的价格最好。

I am wondering if this fact could be helpful for me to request the dealer to be at least partially responsible for the accident.
