I can give you many more.
1. There is no point to cry wolf if there is no real threat. You may only have one chance to make it right, why squander it. Sometimes, you just have to bite the bullet and wait for the best opportunity.
2. Even if I want to do something, I'd look at my options and the potential outcomes. If I can't get the result I want, I won't rush into action.  
3. Do a little home work. Read the American constitution before thinking about civil lawsuit. I am not a lawyer, but even I can easily poke holes in the case, what is the point of going forward?
