Thanks. Yes, I felt that it is not right too. I am not sure whether my boy is scared or something. but he definitely does not like this teacher because he would wave his hands to people meaning "bye bye", but he refused to do that to this lead teacher.

I contacted few schools around, I will try to get him to a friendly and more relax one. I do not believe in religious, So I tried to not to put him into one, but if I have to, it is better than getting bullied by the teacher.
