My daughter started using BOB at 8 weeks.
We bought the cheap Baby's RU ? stroller only when she was over 18 months.
BOB is good for transporting a lot of gears to the beach, including the child. It moves better than ? stroller on the sand.
We go to Wilmington area beaches every month from June till October, so it is quite useful.
It fits into the back of a sedan ' s trunk well, plus beach chairs, tent, beach towels, bags, etc...
? stroller is very cheap so it's not a problem you can have both. Use it when the child is older and can walk by herself.
My daughter loved to push the stroller at Barnes and Noble until recently. She has outgrown all strollers at 3.
A stroller 's lifespan is from 0 to 2.5 yr old. That's it. But save it for the next and following children.
