There is nothing wrong with the children, it is the parents.

Over bearing parents, hovering over the children all the time. Leave no space to the children.
Taking toys away when the children are enjoying the play -- leave the children alone.
Ignore the children's feelings, keep demanding and keep yelling.

The parents should be sent to the camps to learn how to be parents.
