Even if LZ quit her job, her PIL still could come if they want to. So the key is her lg, he should know that it is not a good time for his parents to come due to little baby, too much house work, their health, weather, etc... Dont mention the potential problem btw lz and his parents for now, just let him believe that is all for his parents' best interest. Meanwhile, LZ needs to make arrangement for the baby, no matter it is daycare or nanny, dont complain anything to the hubs during the process.  As long as LZ can handle the situation w/o botherring lg too much, it is possible to delay PIW's coming.
