I want to send my mom back to china

My mom is taking care of my daughter now. But my hu*****and is cheap on this tissue and tries to save money on daycare. He said he will let his mom to take care of our daughter, if my mom is leaving. He won't send baby to daycare because it is too expensive (around 2k per month).

If my mom leaves, and he sends baby to his mom, I will be in worse situation. Now at least I have my mom to support me.
