any suggestion: 5 months old baby still needs night time feeding

Sorry I can't type chinese now.

My daughter is 5 and half months old. Sometimes she can sleep through the night, but most of the time she still wakes up around 3 or 4am, and drinks formula ( I don't have breast milk.)

Shall I train her to sleep through the night? or let it be?

Second question: she starts recognizing people, and may cry when strangers or non-familiar people get close to her, esp when they try to touch her or hold her. I googled it, and it is said that this is 'stranger and separation anxiety', it will be fine in 2 months. Is it because my daughter doesn't get chance to see many people? During weekdays, all the people she sees are my hu*****and, my mom, and me. During weekends, we bring her to visit our friends. Shall I introduce more social activity for her? It is getting cold in Boston now. Any suggestions for baby's social life? I don't want her become too shy because I don't provide enough social opportunity for her.
