The dad should first shake his finger. If the baby still doesn't listen, then the dad should say no softly, and shake his finger.

I am a 15 year old 

My mother showed me this video because she wants me to prepare myself to be a family man. I believe the father can do better. He should be able to achieve the same result without making his child cry. If I was the father, and the child was extremely naughty, then I would take him away from the crib, and discipline him elsewhere. Instead of just shouting, "No!" at the baby, I would be gentle and try to explain what he is doing wrong with simple words.
