For girls, start with Ballet, she has to learn

how to control body movement and posture is very important for girls. No matter what kind of dance she'll do later, women's dance should always express a sense of grace, ballet is the best way to teach that among all the  dances they offer in a regular dance studio.

She doesn't have to go on pointe when takes ballet classes, also she can take 1 or 2 other kinds of dance(like hip pop, jazz, contemporary, tap or modern dances) of  her choice. She should stick to ballet until reaches to an intermediate level.
