说到薯类，想唠叨下美国的yam，应该也是红薯的一种吧，

口感除了甜，其他真不能恭维，水了吧碴的。我喜欢干面类型的，有点像板栗，闻着也诱人。

所以看老美都把yam做成泥，好像加料，比如肉桂粉甚至黄油。

我们通常说的红薯，就我们家乡所指，应该是山东地瓜，日本地瓜或者韩国地瓜，最常见的是紫皮白心，烤的理想的话，软硬适度，真心好吃。

我最喜欢跟红薯一起吃的，就是香煎小黄鱼，还有小玉米碴子粥，艾玛不行了，口水出来了。。。
