最近刚读完Anam Cara，深沉优美，介于神学，哲学和诗歌之间。我的一地鸡毛的日常，多么需要这样的洗涤。
我在日复一日的柴米油盐中找到了我的平安喜乐，孩子的欢声笑语把我的心填得满满，可同时万一我还有另外的维度呢？这个维度相信的是The essential is invisible，相信的是We are spiritual beings having a human experience。
书是这样开篇的：
"It is strange to be here. The mystery never leaves you alone. Behind your image, below your words, above your thoughts, the silence of another world exists. A world lives within you. No one else can bring you news of this inner world."
这本书最大的特点是可以用诗意的角度来看我们的世俗生活，不在这里大段引用，随便几个我节选，再打乱，组合在这里的：
the heart as the inner face of your life,
senses as bridges to the world and thresholds of soul，
the body as a sacrament,
spirituality as the art of transfiguration,
solitude as the illumination of your soul,
and the precious gift of being present at the sacrament of someone's death.
Nothing is ever lost or forgotten. Everything is stored within your soul in the temple of memory.
我也想过，普通的鸡汤和优美的散文有什么区别呢？我也没有标准答案，我想，优美的散文有的以深邃的思想取胜，有的以文字的灵气取胜。普通的鸡汤都没有，而这本二者皆有。
这本书的立足点是Celts的神秘主义， 我也去专门查了一下，wiki里面说Celts是在古苏格兰爱尔兰地区（https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Celts )。 有意思的是，读下来会发现Celts的神秘主义跟佛教有很多相通之处。不由想到Steve Jobs曾说过的"I think different religions are different doors to the same house"。
今年夏天到了有千年历史的岳麓书院，在展览厅里面都是一千多年以来的思想大家。让我感慨当年的高官富商今何在？浊世红尘中，书院屹立万世，思想代代相传。
