如果如果你是个雇主是想早智商，能力越高越好的人，还是希望找个智商，能力恰好能完成你期望他完成的工作就好？

从前古时候，比如鲁班时代，能工巧匠非常被推崇，现在这个时代，借助工具，流程非能工巧匠都能做出从前能工巧匠做不出的东西了。“智商”这种因数已经可以游离出个体成为一种可以共享的工具了。个体的最优品质就变得能不能match流程了。
