别跟姐空谈幸福，先说说你早晨吃的啥

不然不够有说服力。。。再者说了，幸福这个概念太大太空泛了，不能当饭吃也不能当卡刷。

Costco的黄瓜一包三大根，跟猕猴桃，椰子水和薄荷叶打碎后，加点青柠汁。我自己的那份偷着加了点冰和伏特加, 算是山寨浓厚版的墨西托（Mojitos），当然人家都加白朗姆酒，我没有，只有伏特加，棕色朗姆酒和白兰地。突然想今天是不是该进一瓶威士忌。

昨天早餐。小土豆和胡萝卜对切调味加橄榄油微波八成熟，再进小烤箱toast十分钟。另一只小锅煎火腿和蛋：

晚餐是早晨剩的土豆胡萝卜，配了炒彩椒和grill牛肉块，有点fajitas的意思，山寨的。一杯红酒下肚顿时觉得生无可恋：

今天闲了点，就多做些平时没工夫做的，都挺好吃。这是微波蛋糕，有机全麦的，一点糖都不加，换成蜂蜜。一碗蓝莓的，一碗红莓的：

然后配了吐司，鸡蛋，香肠和一点蔬菜，还有咖啡，都进肚子了：

觉得心满意足别无他求，唯一纠结的是下周买猪 头肉买半磅还是一磅？要不要再加些黑森林火腿？晚上吃的有谱了，是咖喱鸡腿，咖喱汁这次打算有点创新，加些花生酱和新鲜辣椒碎。。。
