今天是喜洋洋的一天， 股票赚的不错， 股市关盘后， 有了好心情， 就到老板办公室去聊天， 顺便问了句， 公司今年加工资的最后决定是啥？ 老板说今年比去年差， 去年的比例是最高6%， 今年的最高比例是 5%， 当然你是最高的。我随口跟着老板说公司太抠， 赚那么多的钱， 给KEY EMPLOYEE 却只有 5% 的增幅。

进公司以来， 除了 2009 那年经济危机，好像只有 2% 的加幅， 其它的年份都有不是5% 就是 6% 的加薪， 想想做为大男人， 活着也够窝囊的， 这把年纪了， 还在做着雇员，为别人添砖加瓦。
