上两道适合冬天吃的早餐和晚餐

今年冬天格外冷，原以为是自己年纪大了不抗冻，结果一帮小年轻也被冷得丝丝哈哈，说这是过去将近十年来最冷的冬天了。想到去年夏天那个热劲儿，报道说也是近几十年来最热的一个夏天，简直不能相信我老居然有这样的运气，都让我赶上了。反正感冒了就在家多歇歇。就得吃点好的，所以晚餐是这风格的：

超市卖的奶油派皮，里面铺上火腿，卷起来切段，烤点心当早餐。冷冻的各类蔬菜炒好了加俩蛋，吃完了浑身觉得热乎乎的：
