上上几个鱼菜

东星斑吧，番茄香草鱼。

鱼汤很鲜。

还是东星斑，这次用空气炸锅200C，10分钟，加点油，然后再糖醋汁，味道不错呢。

 

味道不差，厨房干净多了，而且对于不喜大油，不会油炸的厨娘尤其省事好用。
