Criteria - size of building

It is funny to use size of building as the criterion for quality of school.  If it is true, most of Chinese universities are world first class.  But remember they borrowed money to build those buildings without worrying about having to pay back the capital and interest. If the universities are operated in capitalist way, some of the universities may bancrept soon.
