我老父亲的长寿秘诀

我老父亲今年91岁，腰不弯，背不驼，眼不太花（戴着花镜可以看很小的字），只是耳朵有些背。生活可以自理。如果说长寿有什么秘诀的话，我给我老爸总结几条：

1. 乐观，豁达。前两年回国陪他老人家散步，讲很多大道理给我听。人啊，一定要心胸宽广。”胸中藏江海，目远断天涯。。闲看落花饮浊酒。。“记不太清了，放狗搜也找不到，说不定是他自己做的诗呢。

2. 不计较小事，把老伴的唠叨当歌听。总给我讲起林肯，老婆很彪悍，有客人时也放不过。一次当着贵客吼，吼完了气还不消，林肯送贵客出门时，从楼上一盆水泼出去，林肯和客人都变成落汤鸡，林肯自嘲：雷声过后一定有暴雨。。（当然我母亲还是不错的，就是有时爱唠叨：）

3. 一生自律：不吸烟，少喝酒，不暴饮暴食，晚年基本不吃肉。

4. 作息规律。每晚热水洗脚，已经坚持了30多年。每天散步，做保健操。每晚入睡前乐观地感叹一句：又赚了一天！

5. 不断学习。常常带着老花镜看书看杂志。打电话让我帮他核对资料：抗美援朝战争时美国谁当政？八年抗战国共各死多少人？屈原被流放前是什么职务？等等。跟他的忠实听众吹牛还要做到资料详实。

   如果说汉语里有“温润如玉”这个词，一定是形容我老爸这样的人。我们姐弟三人从小到大挨我老爸揍的次数能数清，如果谁惹得我老爸动气，那一定是犯了不可原谅的大错。跑题了。
