当初只给期望值能过关吗?

你也太诚实了 :) 我的经验是要么不给,要么多给些, 比如BASE+BONUS+STOCK+401K match...

我有一次被问了个措手不及,就给了,结果OFFER来了就多给5千,再谈怎么都没给加 :(
