你的HIRING MANAGER 问你要了REFERENCE 又怎么样? 每个工作都有RANK的.有些公司喜欢给你但没这么高的钱给你, 象我这样的, 他们也只能放弃. I am still back forth with the company. :( i give them a counter number, if they can give to me then they give to me; if not, I can build up a good relationship. Later if they have any fittable position for me, then i can take it without a long interview process.
