求教薪水问题

刚收到美国老板的来信,说急着要呈报我的H1B申请,需要填写薪水,然后给了一个不太令人满意的数目(我的级别中偏低). 不过我们还没有谈好薪水,Rank,Bonus,安家费等等,我该怎么回答呢?
