Many friends have a misunderstanding about salary. They guess that the employers want to keep the employees' salary as low as possible. That is not right. Actually, most employers, especially successful employers, like to pay the employees fair salary. Underpay will cause high turnover rate, which significantly increase the costs. Therefore, the way to improve the job security is to improve the skill. You don't want to be in either underpaid group or overpaid group.
