工作时间很短的公司可以不列在简历上么？

最近手上有几个offer pending。
比较好的offer要多等1-2个月开始，但是有一个一般的offer马上就可以开始。
因为现在失业中，所以想尽快开始工作，但是又怕以后换工作时雇主质疑为什么在一家
公司工作了很短时间（1-2个月）就不干了。
请问工作时间很短的公司可以不列在简历上么？
新公司做入职前背景调查能查得出来么？
