这两个组员，你会留哪个？

WILLY TAN：中国人，两年工龄，北美学历，政治难民身份。优秀的工程师，无怨无悔的加班赶进度。因为英文不够好，交流偶尔有问题，曾因此定错过设备。

WILLY太太不讲英文，在家带两个幼子，经济非常困难。其他组员非常同情他。

JANE CALLOWAY：公司VP的小姨，我的组在VP管辖范围内。JANE非常乐观向上，面对DEADLINE，善于缓解全组的压力，组织组里的RECYCLING PROGRAM和其他CHARITY DRIVES。和同事关系很好，同事太太去世，她义务帮忙看小孩。

工作水平一般。
