well, my IE8 on my Windows 7 ultimate crashed again and again... i have to type this again

I know the feeling.

if you work for someone or a big company, take it easy. you do work, and you get paid. if I put your heart in it, I will be hurt when things gone bad.

even if in small firms, there are rounds of staff cuts. I survived so far. I had seen cuts were coming for others. I did feel upset when someone nice were gone.

that's life and that's bussiness. It is real and it is cruel.
