最近几次onsite面试都黄了，feedback都说技术上面有欠缺～～～

但是我的简历跟电面，以及onsite的讲法都一致啊，没有吹牛干嘛的，为什么又要邀请去onsite呢？还是只是一种委婉说法或者“借口”？请过来人指点一二
