请问大家：在IT面试的时候，

请问大家：在IT面试的时候，都得对所有问题（事无巨细）回答的都滴水不漏，才有可能拿到offer吗？

面了几家，自己感觉不错，可是等等就没了下文，象这种情况，自己连怎么从中吸取教训，都不知从哪里下手，

如果老是这样可怎么好呢？ 

有什么对策，请不吝赐教, 提前多谢!
