A: provide a solution for them to solve their concern
B: demonstrate your good communication skill to make them feel they are important for your organization .


2) 我也不知道，也想看看别人的建议，顺便学习一下。我也被问过这个傻问题。 我不知道怎么怎么说，就说，i don't know how much I can do , but I will try my very best to do as much as I can .
我觉得这个问题好没劲的，不知道为什么会是面试的常问题呢？ 人家还没进呢，谁知道你公司什么状况呀 ，谁知道怎么帮嘛，奇怪呢！

还有一个傻问题常问的： what makes you choose our company ? 我很想说，我没选你啊，我其实发了很多简历的呀，不是你们choose 我的嘛！ 问我干什么呀。不是别人没选我嘛，人家要是选了我面试我也照样去的呀！
觉得这问题真是讨厌啊。假假的似的。
