I never wear suits and I just wear formal pants and formal shirts for interview, there is never been a problem!

Once you get the job, and if there is no formal meeting that day, you can wear Jean, but no pajamas type of clothes please.

be comfortable and feel well first, at the same time, consider other's feeling and the enviroment,
