近学校的房子，7个br, 4 full bath, 2500sft ,9000 tax、 ask 40w

地理位置是好走路2分钟、 以前的一个教授退休南下所以卖、 其中2个房间很大 有自己的bathroom可租 $750、 剩下的5个人共享2个full bathroom,  大概$600/

1.算return、 是不是合算?

2、 只有一个厨房、 而且7个人是不是太多了，有租给学生经验的房东讲一讲
