你要填1099B 申报 Inherited land sale as the sale of a capital asset.To know the actual amount of the capital gain or loss on this sale, you will need to know the basis in this inherited property (in USD), which is the number on Form 3520。

父亲 4年前去世但不等于你4年前接受了这笔遗产，而且估计你4年前也没有填 3520，所以别给自己找麻烦，遗产从 2018开始，base number 也是从2018开始。
