分享：过户时地产税有误经历

我2017年9月底买一房，2016年税1700，由于2017年税还没出来。所以前房主就按2016给我credit。11月2017年税出来后发现是3800。就找closing officer重算，他们要还我1500+。然后联系前房主解决。

closing的时候你和卖主签有文件，他们有义务付他们的portion
